Now in our seventeenth year, the Hamden Rotary Club Tours has provided the opportunity for thousands of Rotarians to enjoy Rotary International Conventions around the world. As always, with exciting itineraries planned with our fellow Rotarians in mind, we remain dedicated to providing the finest travel experience in both value and quality. In addition to our own Tour Escorts, we carefully engage the finest local experts in arranging your hotels, meals, entertainment and sightseeing. Our guides, throughout all our destinations, are among the most experienced professionals in the business. As a team, our local guides and escorts accompany you throughout your visit, adding their own special touch, and endlessly attend to all the details that allow you a hassle-free travel experience.
All Inclusive
Hamden Rotary Club Tour programs are unique in the sense that they are truly. "ALL INCLUSIVE" Our programs include round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, admission to sights, meals as indicated in each itinerary, tips to guides and drivers and our own Tour Escort. In addition, ALL Hamden Rotary Club Tours include the CONVENTION ONLY segment as part of the tour. This includes: Rotary International Convention registration, 5 nights in a well located Birmingham Hotel, all taxes, breakfast each morning, ground transportation between the airport and the hotels and a half-day Birmingham city tour. For those traveling alone, single supplements are available upon request.
Tipping
Tips to local guides, drivers and porters are included in our tour packages. On a cruise, however, land and shipboard gratuities are by necessity left to the discretion of the passenger.
Accommodations In smaller regions we always use First Class or "best available" hotels for our clients. Please keep in mind each tour includes your Birmingham hotel, which we have personally inspected and believe to be the best in the city.
Exclusions We really mean it when we say our tours are inclusive. Exclusions are, but not limited to, a very few items such as meals not specified in any particular itinerary, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, laundry, items of a personal nature, and airline taxes and surcharges.
